the exchange of information or services among individuals, groups, or institutions; specifically : the cultivation of productive relationships for employment or business.
While this may be the common dictionary definition of what a networking group is and should be, unfortunately this isn’t always the case.
In most cases, it’s an assembly of businesses put into a high pressure situation where the focus is on producing referrals instead of cultivating productive business relationships.
This is why we consider ourselves the anti-networking group. BCBC’s focus is on the business relationship, not only between members but between business and customers and the communities in which they operate.
Bucks County Business Connections
is a group of professionals looking to build stronger community ties and greater local business advantages within Bucks County. Exchanging ideas, contacts and real knowledge helps our members better compete in any economy. The emphasis is on long time growth, not a quick fix and a couple of leads.
